1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the tekkabaji platform — including its website, mobile browser interface, and any related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of tekkabaji, including players who browse without a registered account, registered account holders, and any person accessing the platform from a device associated with a registered account. If you are accessing tekkabaji on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

2.4 Single Account Eligibility

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) tekkabaji account only. Accounts are not transferable. You may not register an account on behalf of another person, nor may you allow another person to use your account. If tekkabaji identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all accounts except the first registered account may be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Accurate Information

When registering a tekkabaji account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your tekkabaji account and for keeping that password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tekkabaji recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available at no cost from your account security settings.

3.3 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you believe your tekkabaji account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. tekkabaji will investigate all reported cases promptly and may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation to protect your funds.

3.4 KYC (Know Your Customer)

As part of our commitment to safe and responsible gaming, tekkabaji operates a mandatory KYC process. Players will be required to submit identity documentation before processing their first withdrawal or when their cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals submitted by verified accounts to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 60 seconds. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. tekkabaji reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

4.4 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that belong to you and originate from a payment account registered in your name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, return of funds to the originating account, and potential permanent closure.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

tekkabaji is committed to preventing money laundering and the funding of criminal activity. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Attempting to use tekkabaji for money laundering will result in immediate account closure and reporting to law enforcement.

5 Betting and Casino Rules

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

tekkabaji reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not accepted until confirmed by the platform and a bet reference number has been issued. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the bet may be voided and stakes returned.

5.2 Odds and Prices

All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. tekkabaji makes every reasonable effort to ensure displayed odds are accurate; however, in the event of a manifest error (palpable error), tekkabaji reserves the right to correct the odds and void any bets placed at the erroneous price. Players will be notified and stakes refunded in such cases.

5.3 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are available on selected cricket and sports events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series. In-play markets may be suspended at any time due to match incidents, data feed delays, or at the discretion of the tekkabaji trading team. Bets already confirmed prior to a suspension remain valid unless the underlying event is voided.

5.4 Casino Games and RNG

All casino games featured on tekkabaji use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 5.5 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game or bet, tekkabaji reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account. No claims will be accepted for alleged winnings that arose as a direct result of a system malfunction.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by tekkabaji are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for matters relating solely to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and winnings derived from free bets or free spins are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds are used before real-money funds in most cases; the exact order will be stated in the promotion terms.

6.3 One Bonus at a Time

Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses, referring the same person multiple times, or exploiting referral structures through self-referral is considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all related bonuses and potential account suspension.

6.4 tekkabaji's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

tekkabaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already qualified, any bonus already credited at the time of withdrawal will be honoured subject to the original wagering requirements.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tekkabaji platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to use the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account under the same or a different identity.
• Third-party payments: Making deposits from a payment account not registered in your name.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used on the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets.

• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications toward tekkabaji staff or other players.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your tekkabaji account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Accounts with an active bonus balance will have the bonus and any associated winnings forfeited upon closure. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by tekkabaji

tekkabaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has engaged in prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 7.
• A player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• A player has failed to complete identity verification within a reasonable period after request.
• tekkabaji suspects the account is being used for money laundering or other illegal activity.
• A player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• tekkabaji is required to close the account by a court order or regulatory instruction.

8.3 Funds Upon Closure

If an account is closed by tekkabaji for reasons other than fraud or prohibited conduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Balances derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. If an account is closed due to fraud or prohibited conduct, tekkabaji reserves the right to retain all balances pending investigation and legal review.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

tekkabaji provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability.

9.2 No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tekkabaji disclaims all warranties, express or implied, relating to the platform and its services, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.3 Limitation of Damages

In no event shall tekkabaji, its directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if tekkabaji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.4 Cap on Liability

tekkabaji's total aggregate liability to any player, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the player's use of the platform, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.5 Internet and Connectivity Risks

tekkabaji shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from interruptions to internet connectivity, mobile network outages, device failures, or third-party network issues that prevent a player from accessing the platform or completing a transaction during a live event.

10 Amendments and Governing Law

10.1 Amendments

tekkabaji reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect from the date indicated in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this document. 10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. 10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tekkabaji with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

10.4 Waiver

The failure of tekkabaji to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of tekkabaji to be effective.
